The brand

Refugee Support is an incredible organisation that has been on the frontlines during a number of migrant crises, offering accommodation support to refugees, with dignity at the heart of everything they do.

The challenge

The charity’s existing website was confused and unstructured, with various design elements and various hierarchical structures in competition with each other. The challenge was to simplify the offering and the story, while preserving the vital search engine optimisation work that had taken place prior to our involvement.

The approach

With a fresh new design and a supplemented colour palette, we created a clean frontend that offers users easy access to the history, present and future of the charity, together with clear calls to action for donations. On the backend, we cleaned everything up, giving the team fresh, simple templates that allow them to create stylish pages with minimal effort and time.
